Service descriptions help you compare options, but the final work depends on the property, access, materials, current conditions, and the written details agreed for your request.
Residential plans
The Essential and Home Care prices apply to the named plans and their stated visit allowances. Materials, extra labor, excluded services, property eligibility, and separately priced work are confirmed before service.
Snowbird Home Watch
Term prices cover the stated biweekly property checks. Snow removal is optional, priced separately, and subject to the driveway, walkway, weather trigger, access, and property conditions described on the plans page.
Property-specific work
A call, email, or service conversation does not by itself authorize work or guarantee timing. Iron Gate will confirm the tasks, responsibilities, materials, schedule, price, and any changes before proceeding.
Specialized conditions
Structural, hazardous, diagnostic, regulated-trade, or otherwise specialized work may need a qualified provider. Iron Gate will identify that boundary when it becomes relevant to the request.
Ask questions before authorizing work. Clear expectations protect the home, the customer, and the finished result.
