Helpful information
A useful message includes your name, contact information, property community, a short task list, timing needs, access considerations, and product details when relevant.
Information not needed
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, medical records, full identification documents, or unrelated tenant and household information.
Photos and documents
Send only the pages or images needed to explain the requested work. Remove unrelated financial, personal, health, or tenant information before sharing a document.
Optional website analytics
If you accept analytics, Iron Gate uses Google Analytics to understand visits, useful pages, general traffic sources, and service-request activity. Analytics does not read names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages, uploaded files, or other information typed into a request form. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.
